The rates and terms of service under which Orange & Rockland provides electric and gas service are set forth in schedules (sometimes referred to as "tariffs") filed with the New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC) and the State of New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, which regulate the states’ utilities and review and approve their rates and terms of service.
