Frequently Asked Questions: Delayed Bills
We don’t have an exact date, but your bill amount will appear on your bill and in My Account when it’s ready. You can check “Messages For You” on My Account for additional updates.
Until you receive the delayed bill, you will only be responsible for any remaining balance on your account. No further action is required.
Customer Service representatives will not have updates on your delayed bill until your account review is complete.
You’ll see a notice in “Messages For You” if your bill is delayed. You’ll also receive an email or letter confirming that your account is under review.
Once your bill amount appears, you can pay as usual.
