The Neighbor Fund
The Neighbor Fund provides financial assistance to O&R customers who are temporarily unable to pay their home-heating bills because of emergency conditions.
These grants are funded by contributions from thousands of O&R customers. That amount is matched dollar-for-dollar by the shareholders of Consolidated Edison, Inc., O&R's parent company.
